Delete Your Account

Doc Scanner — Scan PDF & Document

You can permanently delete your Doc Scanner account and the data associated with it at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — Delete inside the app (instant)

1. Open the app and go to the Account tab
2. Tap your account row, then choose Delete Account
3. Confirm. You may be asked to sign in again to verify it's you.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

Email disciplifydeveloper@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email address linked to your account. We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account record (Apple / Google sign-in link)
• All documents and backups stored in the cloud
• Identifiers linking cloud data to you

What is not affected

• Documents stored only on your device — remove them by deleting them in the app or uninstalling it
• Aggregated, de-identified analytics and crash statistics that cannot be linked back to you
